June 25th saw the Apex State Board Handover take place in Ballarat.  After serving 2 years as State President, outgoing president Melinda Grose handed over the chain of office to incoming State President Darren Howe, from the Traralgon Club.  Traralgon are supporting Darren by taking a majority of the State Board positions.
