The Myrtleford Apex Club would like to welcome everyone to the 2010 Victorian State Convention/STS.

Our theme will be Joe’s Farm in memory of Life member Joe Williamson who suddenly passed away 8th October 2008.

The registration desk will be open from 12 noon on Friday 28th May at the RSL Club.

The State Board will be meeting at the Fire Station from 2pm Friday which you are more than welcome to attend.

Fellowship begins Friday night from 6pm‐10pm at the RSL club then if you’re up for it you can go to the late night bar at the Myrtleford Hotel.

Breakfast will be served at the RSL between 7.30‐8.30am on Saturday morning and the Convention will commence at 9.00am (sharp) at the Savoy Club (approx 10 min walk).

The winery tour (for those who have pre‐booked) will leave at 2.30pm and return approximately 5pm.

Saturday evening is at the Savoy Club and is 6.30pm for 7.00pm. We would appreciate everyone to dress to the Farming theme of the Convention, whether it is dressed as a cow, farmer, scarecrow or whatever suits your desire! There will be a memorabilia auction of items that were signed on the Great Vic Trek so bring plenty of cash with you.

Sunday morning breakfast will be at the Myrtleford Apex Clubrooms at the Showgrounds from 8.30 – 9.30am followed by STS Training (President, Secretary, Treasurer & General/New Member) as well as Food Handling for those who have registered. We plan to finish at 12.30 so that everyone can grab some lunch and either explore the region or just head for home.
