Apex Victoria

Apex Victoria is governed by a set of rules which clearly sets out how the State is administered and also provides information in relation to State competitions and awards.

Apexians regularly expend their own money as part of their regular Apex activities. On occasions, Apexians are able to claim back some of that expenditure. The below forms allow you to seek reimbursement of money expended as part of an authorised members Apex involvement. In almost every case, reimbursement will only be authorised if the expenditure has been previously approved.

Apex Victoria offers a number of trophies and awards to both Clubs and individuals each year. These awards are governed by a set of rules and standards as contained within "Standing Order H" of the Apex Victoria State Standing Orders. Take a look at the awards on offer and why not nominate your Club or an Apexian for one of these great awards.

Many Apex Clubs struggle to find a meaningful way to assist the youth of their local Community. One tangible way to assist young people is to assist the to set up an Apex Youth Club. This offers them all the same benefits to Apexians get in an Apex Club.

New members are the life blood of every Apex Club. It is extremely important that Apex Club's register their new members as soon as possible. We need to make sure that all our members are properly insured and receive all possible benefits, such as training and, of course, the Apexian magazine.
